A Solar Panel is a sizable flat, rectangular shape, usually somewhere between the size of a radiator and a door. Solar Panels are made from individual solar collectors that are covered with a protective sheet of glass. Bluish-black in color, each cell is about the size of the palm of an adult’s hand, and is generally octagonal in shape.
