Didn’t the American taxpayer just lose 1/2 Billion when Solandra recently filed for bankruptcy? So why loan 2 billion more to two other Solar Energy Companies? Solandra said they had to file bankruptcy because China was making and selling Solar Panels cheaper than they could. Whats different about the two new solar companies? Maybe they don;t make solar panels? Id like to know.
